Dr. Hossein Yavari is a reputed and well-recognized dermatologist and hair transplant surgeon in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE, known for his achievements in advancing modern cosmetic/medical dermatology and hair restoration. After his initial medical schooling and residency in dermatology, Dr. Yavari pursued his subspecialty in cutaneous and Mohs surgery fellowship in university of Miami in Florida in 2012. Mohs surgery is one of the most advanced microscopically controlled surgery used to treat common type of skin cancer. He now is one of the only two Mohs surgeons across the UAE. He is also one the two correspondent fellow of American Society for Dermatologic Surgery entire the UAE since 2015. He was granted as a Diplomate of American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery (ABHRS) in 2014 and has performed over 3000 hair transplant surgeries in men and women over past decade.
Dr. Yavari completed a fellowship in hair restoration surgery at the New Hair Institute in Los Angeles, California. He had the honor of working with pioneering world-class hair transplant surgeon Dr. William Rassman in Los Angeles, California, who has been credited with inventing many of the new concepts as the world leader in modern hair restoration.
He has been practicing in both cosmetic and medical dermatology along with hair transplantation in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and other emirates of UAE since 2009. He brings vast experience and professional expertise to the practice of dermatology and hair restoration.
Today Dr. Yavari offers the latest treatments for all types of skin conditions including many innovative aesthetic procedures such as botox, fillers, aesthetic lasers like Fraxel Dual, Fractional C02, Sciton, Picoway/Picosecond, Alexandrite/Nd-YAG, Q-Switch, IPL Ellipse and Carbon laser in his office.
